| North Valley |
 | The North Valley is one of the earliest-settled areas of Albuquerque, and is nestled along the banks of the Rio Grande, under the shady cottonwoods. The area, including the trendy "Los Ranchos de Albuquerque," is quite rural in character, with many large horse facilities located in the area. There are also still a few older, small homes taht are quite modest, and occasionally a buyer may snap one up in the $100,000's. The average price here, though, is over $300,000, and high-end properties routinely sell for well over a million. |
