 | This western portion of Paradise Hills is home to some of the newest homes in Albuquerque. The "Ventana Ranch" subdivision in the westernmost portion of the area is still growing at a great pace, with a numberof builders active in the area. The eastern end of the area hosts neighborhoods that are a bit older, having been built 15-30 years ago or so. There are also some luxury home areas in Paradise West, with the occasional sale over $750,000, but most of the homes are offered in the $100,000's, making this area one that appeals to first-time homeowners. |
