| Catherine believes that buying and selling a home should not be a stressful time for you and your family. She is dedicated to make the process of buying or selling a home as smooth as possible for her clients.
Catherine is originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado and relocated to Rio Rancho when her husband accepted a position at the Intel facility. She is very active with several non-profit organizations in the community. She is also very sensitive to the needs of the military, since her husband served as active duty in the Army and is currently serving in the Army National Guard.
Catherine is a second generation real estate broker. Deciding to follow in her father’s footsteps, Catherine went into the real estate profession in 1995 and has represented many buyers and sellers in negotiating contracts.
She has also worked in the mortgage industry where she acquired extensive knowledge in lending. This knowledge, along with continuing education classes, benefits both buyers and sellers in today’s fast changing market. She works with both buyers and sellers, specializing in residential sales.
In addition to maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards, Catherine finds tremendous enjoyment in helping her clients. The client always comes first. Up-front and honest, you can be assured that she will represent you as a professional with the hopes of developing a life long relationship with you.
